Get in Tick Tock Shape: The Ke$ha Workout

 

Today was one of those days where I didn’t feel inspired or motivated to workout. As I forced myself to the gym and started walking on the treadmill, a Ke$ha music video started to play on the TV ahead of me. Ke$ha’s music always motivates me to either start dancing or clock that extra mile. How does she stay in such great shape?

I met with Ke$ha’s trainer Sonki Hong who reveals in the video below some of the exercises he uses to keep Ke$ha in tip top shape:
