Rediscover Your Workout Motivation: A Full Body Buddy Workout

 

Star Rachel Bilson is pretty diligent about getting in a workout. However, during the weekends it is really tempting to slack off. This is where the buddy system kicks in. Rachel will take long walks with her girlfriends to squeeze in some weekend cardio. I also call a buddy and get in a weekend hike or a yoga session. This keeps me accountable to stick to a workout session because I know someone is depending on me. It also makes working out more enjoyable and fun!
